BTEC Level 1 Diploma in Vocational Studies
The Level 1 Diploma in Vocational Studies gives you the opportunity to experience more than one vocational sector if you have not yet decided between Health & Social Care, Hospitality or Hair & Beauty.
The course enables you to develop knowledge, understanding and the skills of different vocational sectors to help progression to a higher level qualification or employment in a specific sector.
It builds and develops cross-cutting employability skills by carrying out practical activities in a vocational context whilst developing a range of personal skills, techniques and attributes essential for successful performance in working life.

From this course, you can either progress to Level 2 in Hair and Beauty, Hospitality or Health & Social Care. It can also help you find employment.
